Preparations for the 2025 Gombe State Inter-Secondary Schools Athletics Competition are in full swing, with remarkable progress in upgrading the Games Village facilities.
Green White Green Sports Center Ltd, under the leadership of Hon. Ahmed Shuaibu Gara-Gombe, has successfully constructed 19 new toilets and renovated 11 existing ones across the competition venues. This initiative underscores the organization’s dedication to ensuring a hygienic and comfortable environment for athletes and officials during the event.
Speaking on the development, Hon. Gara-Gombe emphasized the importance of world-class infrastructure in fostering sports development.
The newly constructed and revamped 30 restroom facilities are designed to meet modern standards, promoting convenience and a healthier atmosphere for all participants and visitors.
With these upgrades, the Games Village is now better equipped to host the championship, setting a benchmark for sports facilities in Gombe State. Hon.
